Hello everyone! I'm back with an exciting post that I always love to write - a nail of the daaaaaaay! Today we have a Topshop beaut, Green Room! I completely forgot I bought this nail polish about a month or two ago and when I was looking through what nail polishes I wanted to wear next, this one stood out by far.
However, my boyfriend and I kinda have a tradition where he picks my nail polish whenever he was round, so when he came over I asked him what I should put on. At first he said a dark purple, which I shot down immediately as, you know, I want a bright summery colour! He then picked the one polish I don't like in my collection which is a weird orange colour, and then he finally picked this - thank god!
I have spoke a few times (I think) before about the Topshop nail polishes but I honestly just cannot rave about them enough, I really do like them. Their colour selection is literally unreal, you can get any colour/shade you want, and for £5, it's fantastic!
When I saw this colour in the shop I was just like you will be mine, now. I've never seen a polish this colour before and it's just lovely, I'd describe it as a very bright teal. It was opaque with three coats, which isn't the best but for the colour it was worth it. It took the average amount of time to dry, nothing super speedy, I'm just extremely impatient so any waiting time is an eternity for me.
Once dried, it is super shiny and with a top coat on it is so glossy, I'm all about the glossy shiny nails so this really ticks that box for me. I only had it on for I think 3 days but it was nearly perfect, it had a couple of small chips but I have been ice skating, going to the gym and I went out last night so I'm not surprised it's not exactly in a pristine condition but it was good enough for me!
Overall, I really love the Topshop range and I can tell this is going to be a well loved polish in my little collection! Unfortunately they don't have this exact nail polish on their website but you can click here to see the other 95 that they have on there!
Anyway, I hope you enjoyed reading this :) Have you tried any of the Topshop nail polishes, and if so, what's your favourite?
Have a lovely day, and don't stop smiling. :)

I don't tend to like green polishes but this one is just beautiful. Topshop really do have a great selection. The thing with your boyfriend really made me laugh... my husband always says to me, pick ANY movie/sweets/pizza/whatever it might be, ANY one at all, I really don't mind, so I pick something and he's like, NOT THAT ONE! So it reminded me of that! x
