Hello everyone! Today I'm back to give you another FOTD & OOTD. I love both writing and reading these posts, I love looking at what people wear and what make-up they have on and how it differs day to day - (I hope that doesn't sound weird, I'm just very curious and a little bit nosey) it's just nice to see what products people use and what clothes they wear depending on their style, I always seem to end up wanting something though.. Which isn't good!
ANYWAY.. Last Friday was the day of the Commonwealth Games, and I went to see the 62kg Mens Final in Weightlifting! Now, you are probably all wondering how the day went etc.. But.. That's for another blogpost. Lets just say things were slightly traumatic, very rushed, and very eventful.. But more importantly, here is what my face and outfit looked like last Friday!
List of make-up used:
Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion in Original
Urban Decay Naked Palette in Sin, Naked & Toasted
Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Bourbon
Rimmel London Scandaleyes Waterproof Kohl Kajal in Nude (05)
Rimmel London Scandaleyes Waterproof Kohl Kajal in Nude (05)
Lancome Définicils Mascara
Revlon ColorBurst Lip Butter in Wild Watermelon
I decided to go for a more dramatic eye look, just.. Well, just because I only very recently got my Naked palette and I hadn't tried out Toasted yet, and it. is. BEAUTIFUL. It just gives the most beautiful.. Kinda faded burgundy taupey bronzy shade? Maybe the lipstick made it seem more burgundy but it is beautiful on and it is slowly becoming my everyday eye look. Well. I've wore it twice. That's good enough, right?
Also, I do have quite a lot of the Revlon Lip Butters, and I have to say that Wild Watermelon is definitely up there being my favourite. It looks kinda pinky in the pictures, but it real life it is a lovely shade of red. I feel like if you are starting out and want to try a red lipstick but you are a bit too nervous in case it's full on/not your colour, this would be perfect. The great thing with the Lip Butters is that you can either put them on super sheer, put on a normal wash of colour or make it full on - this is it pretty full on, however when it is just sheer it is so flattering, and not too dramatic!

Outfit:
Top from Topshop
Skirt from Forever 21 (can't find it online, sorry!)
Shoes from Topshop (years old, sorry!)
Bag from Dolce & Gabbana (their website won't open for me to get in and find it, think it's blocked in Azerbaijan..)
I got this skirt when I was on holiday and I am in love with it! It's so bright and colourful and super flattering as it comes in at the waist and then fans out a bit at the legs. Even though it is a little short on me (I am nearly 6ft so it's kinda my fault, not the skirts) it still is very comfortable to wear, and easy to style! Just throw on a t-shirt or tank top, or even a jumper on top and away you go! I got the white t-shirt just because, well, I didn't have one, and it's kinda an essential thing, as a white t-shirt goes with everything! The shoes are the ones I mentioned in my last post = very worn & very loved. Finally.. My bag. All I'm saying is, what a beaut. What. A. Beaut.
So that's going to be it for this post, I hope you enjoyed reading! Be sure and stay tuned as tomorrow at 5pm comes my adventurous tale of how I got on at the Commonwealth Games on the day these photos were taken.. It was a literal emotional roller coaster. Just in general, a roller coaster. Everything was up and down. But I'll explain that tomorrow, it's 1am here (I'm on holiday, expect the start of the holiday posts soon - sorry I'm behind!) and I need to sleep.. And my wrists are sore from all the typing. oKAY GOING NOW BYE.
Have a lovely day, and don't stop smiling. :)
